almost ready.


soon two little boys will sleep in this room.
ben will share with his little brother.
oh my goodness, how did i not even realize that ben will now be a big brother??!


i found these twin beds at walmart for $99 each.
my mom and dad brought the ikea dresser back from their last trip to new jersey.
i still would love to paint in here and the art work will definitely change but the beds are in and they are a perfect fit! (my 50mm lens was not a good choice for taking these pics, sorry!)


we are busy preparing our home for this little boy.
the day will come when i will be able to tuck two little ones into bed in this room.
that day can't get here fast enough!

    Thats so exciting! I would be doing the same thing..preparing the room, getting the house ready,etc... Such exciting days are ahead for you:)

    love the beds, I have a thing for pennants.... i think I would have them in every room, the pennants, not the beds...wicked cute.
