sunshine.

we had lots of it today.
it wasn't very warm but the sun was shining!


i tried to make my sickly self get off the couch and get something done.
i started on the new porch but quickly got too tired.



plus i still have no idea what i want to do out there.
then i found some cooking shows on tv, and an old designed to sell, and the rest of the morning slipped away.
before i knew it, the kiddos were home.


we spent some more time outside, swinging and enjoying the last of that glorious sunshine before it was time to eat supper and get ready for ball practice.



and now, as i type this, a little munchkin is climbing up the chair and onto my lap--a signal that it just might be time for jammies and bed.

i sure hope that sun comes out again tomorrow.
(and now i am singing the theme song from "annie". so sorry)
