i think it's great that major publications like Parents spotlight our children and help show how wonderful (and normal) life with a "special" child can be.
and of course, you already know that i think every person on the planet should read nella's birth story.
it's gut-wrenchingly beautiful, maybe even life-changing. no dramatizing necessary.

kudos, Parents. i might just have to renew my subscription--next month they are including another story from a mother with a child with down syndrome too!
