i love you most.

this homemade card sits on my windowsill, over my kitchen sink.
and it makes me smile every time i do the dishes or wash my hands.
i know one day anna won't love me the way she does now, and i won't be the center of her world anymore.
but for now, i'm trying hard to soak it in, to tatoo it on my memory and on my heart, and to surround myself with little reminders of how wonderful my little girl is and how much i love being her mommy.

I know just how you feel. The same thing is happening in our house. Except this year things are very different: Im also my daughter's 3rd grade teacher at school this year. Monday was my first day of teaching(& her first day of 3rd grade) and I was terrified:)
She loves having me as her teacher(SO far, haha) but theres nothing better than all the love notes, poems and kisses she wants to lavish on me all the time.
Like you, Im soaking it all in...while Ive got it!

That is the sweetest thing ever! I have a note like that, that I keep in my wallet and I to smile every time I see it:)
