tomatos, peppers, squash, zucchini, and lots of herbs.
and a whole bed of sunflowers. because they make me happy.
one day last week i just happened to look out the window to check on our little garden and noticed we had a little visitor.
who really seemed to like munching on our parsley and cilantro.
he took big bites and just sat there chewing. and chewing. and chewing.
then, just when he had enough, he took the sweetest little bunny hops through the fence.
the children couldn't see him in the garden--his brown fur blended in with the soil--but when he came through the fence, they all squealed like little surprised piggies.
mr. rabbit (or maybe it was a mrs.?) took his time and carefully hopped his way through the grass and out of sight.
