this afternoon, i ran out to barnes and nobles and bought the kids some books,
my new matthew mead halloween magazine, and a yummy pumpkin latte. 
what a treat! it was wonderful!
john's family is making their way in town to visit for the weekend. they haven't been down in over six years! so i know john is soooo happy and anxious for them to get here. i hope we get to do some fun family things and they get to spend some quality time with their son and grandchildren.
